I'd like to think he sounds kinda like Droopy Dog, anyway. Only with weird intermittent buzzing and glitching.
I know I missed more than a few "spots" coloring. Still pretty new to this digital-drawing thang. If any of y'all could tell me how you give your cel-shaded 'toons that perfect "gestalt", I would be eternally grateful.
EDIT: Cleaned up some areas.
But more importantly...why are all of the "related" deviations pony/Undertale/Sonic related...?
